Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) Admission Requirements

To be admitted into FUHSA, you must meet the following requirements.

1. You are required to have five (5) credit passes in the following :subjects:

  • English Language,
  • Mathematics,
  • Biology,
  • Chemistry and
  • Physics

And this should be taken in not more than two sittings.

2. You have to meet the required score needed for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and even more in case of any eventuality.

3. After JAMB, FUHSA will invite you to participate in a Post-UTME screening which is a computer test or document submission.
